The clinic’s medical team; the hotel and transfer providers in your package, who receive only what they need for your booking; and the messaging and email services you choose to contact us through, such as WhatsApp. We never sell your data.
Your data is used in Turkey, where the clinic is based. If you contact us from the UK or Ireland, your data is transferred there for these purposes.
Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted when they are no longer needed to answer you. Medical records for patients are kept for as long as the law requires.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts, icons and scripts are loaded from Google Fonts, unpkg and cdnjs, which receive your IP address to deliver them. The contact page shows a Google Maps embed. Site administrators who log in receive cookies needed for that.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Email us to make a request. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
